Service Manager Editions was written and developed by Armstrong Consultants in 1997, in response to growing customer demand for a fully integrated service management solution that would work seamlessly with Access Dimensions. Over 130 companies across the UK and Ireland now use the solution. It is constantly being developed and updated inline with customer requirements, and easily supports up to 50 users and many more engineers on the software.
Our users cover a vast array of industry sectors includes medical equipment distribution, IT / Networking, air conditioning services, irrigation maintenance, print equipment, photocopier companies, telephony systems and plant sales.
