Pre-Sales Consultancy
Every business is different with different requirements, routines, staff, systems and priorities. It is our intention to offer the very best solution and that is sometimes best achieved by investing in a study of your business and your system requirements, before any implementation phases begin.
Implementation
Clear advanced planning is critical and we will work with you to ensure that every possible element of the project is in place at the right time.
Project Management
Armstrong Consultants offer a comprehensive range of Project Management services, from project planning, co-ordination, through to installation, set-up and data porting.
Software Configuration
Armstrong Consultants offer a comprehensive range of software customisation services that allow us to make changes to, and enhance, our product range.
Training
Armstrong are able to provide a full range of training services to suit all types of businesses, from small sole trader businesses to large organisations. This can be via classroom-style training courses held at our offices, or tailored training programmes designed for individual client needs. This can be held at Armstrong or on the client site.
Report Writing
Access Accounts includes many standard reports with various sort, subtotal and search options. We are also able to offer our clients extensive report-writing services, across the range of products we provide.
Support
All software is supplied with an annual support contract. For the Access Accounts product range, this is an annually renewable license.
Bespoke Development and Implementation
Bespoke software solutions from Armstrong Consultants are developed and implemented when no ‘off the shelf’ software is available to solve a unique business need. We are highly experienced in this aspect of software development, with a team of 14 programmers working constantly to extend the functionality of our all systems, as well as creating add-ons, new modules and new solutions.
